Canada Must Be Destroyed!

We put up with Gordon Lightfoot. We put up with Bryan Adams. We even put up with Alanis Morissette, but... THIS???

To understand the true power of The Evil That Comes From The North, you must bear witness. Your fortitude will be tested. You will yearn to avert your eyes. You may even notice that She Who Cannot Be Named, with her thrusting hips and venomous spidery hands, has managed to pull Anastacia (who, according to Wikipedia, "hasn't had much success in her native United States") under her spell... Poor, poor Anastacia, we hardly knew ye:

Gather your courage, friends, as we take up our glinting swords and shining armor, and march northward to restore the honor of the brothers Young (C'mon, girlfriend! Aw yeah, shugga baby!)...

Ya gotta give her props for the hopping guitar move in the outrageously high heels

"She Whose Name You Dare Not Speak In This Realm" gets props for nothing! NOTHING!!! And I should add, that Nikki Sixx lookalike guitarist and the bald percusionist dude will spend eternity writhing in a lake of fire for their involvement in this. They should've gone on tour with Phil Collins when they had the chance...

i'm not watching the clip. i know what it is (you could say i sense a disturbance in the Force... or that i heard it when it was thrust into my tender ears with no warning whilst listening to an episode of "wait wait don't tell me"... can i sue npr for aural rape?)

don't blame canada. go to the source. let's bomb the freakin' french.

Canada is the source. She was born, or should I say spawned in the toxic mud, of Quebec (to be fair to Quebec, its toxic mud did produce Voivod...). If we bomb the French, we'll have to produce our own Bayonne ham. I'm not prepared to do that yet...

Quebec also produced my husband, so for that I give thanks. (Every night, Zoe's bedtime story starts, "Your Daddy was born in a far away, cold, snowy place called Montreal...."

And he had to walk ten miles to school, uphill (both ways)...
