Michael Pollan on Democracy Now!

There was an interesting interview between Amy Goodman and Michael Pollan on last Wednesday's Democracy Now! If you've read Pollan's two latest books, The Omnivore's Dilemma and In Defense of Food, you won't be hearing anything you haven't already read (and if you're into this sort of thing, you might also want to check out Marion Nestle's Food Politics), but still, it's an interview well worth having a look at.
